Tract 3015B is a great parcel as it sits along a mesa with dirt road access from the southern boundary and has some native grasses. Mountain and hill views surround this property. Location is west of Highway 118 in the Solitario section of Terlingua Ranch; known for it's great hunting and north of Highway 170 that leads to Terlingua and the resort town of Lajitas. Great views of Pinks Peak to the north and Sawmill Mountain to the southeast. With easy access, gentle to rolling terrain, this would be the perfect tract for a cabin or weekend getaway.
