The successful bidder has 2 business days following the close of the auction to sign a Purchase Agreement. The successful bidder has 15 calendar days from the auction's close to complete the transaction. Settlement will be handled by the Orange, CA office of Provident Title. The successful bidder's deposit will be non-refundable and will be forwarded along to Provident Title to be placed in escrow for settlement. The successful bidder will be required to cover any closing costs.
