Disclosure: Property was built prior to 1978. A Lead Based Inspection and Risk Assessment was performed on this property by certified and licensed risk assessor. No lead based hazards were found.

THIS PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD WITHOUT TITLE INSURANCE. UNDER THE FORFEITURE LAW, ALL INTERESTS ON THIS PROPERTY HAVE BEEN EXTINGUISHED. AS A RESULT, THE UNITED STATES (US) SHOULD HAVE CLEAR TITLE. HOWEVER, US IS UNABLE TO OBTAIN TITLE INSURANCE DUE TO A TITLE OWNER WAS NOT SPECIFICALLY DEFAULTED OUT IN THE AMENDED FINAL ORDER OF FORFEITURE. THEREFORE, THIS PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD WITHOUT TITLE INSURANCE. TITLE WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE BUYER VIA A MARSHAL’S QUIT CLAIM DEED.
