There is a $295.00 deed preparation fee associated with this auction as well as a 10% Buyer's Premium with a $250 minimum.

End of Auction
After the close of the final listing for auction, all winning bidders are sent detailed instructions via e-mail on the settlement procedures and how to provide Thor Realty with the necessary deed transfer information.
