• Adequacy of public transportation rated as poor because there is only public school bus available for public transportation. 
• The topography is sloping, the shape is irregular, the view is of the mountains and the drainage appears adequate.  The subject had no adverse conditions noted at the time of inspection.  Easements are limited to road and utility right-of ways.  These easements are common for the area and does not affect the marketability of the subject property.
