• Zoning Classification: R-I
• The topography for this property is varied. the size is typical for similar vacant medium density residential parcels, shape is irregular, the view is of the street and the drainage is assumed adequate. 
• No encroachment or slide areas were observed.  No easements were noted except for public utilities.  The property lies within an "X" zone according to FEMA map *72000C1210J.  No special flood hazard areas.
